Do I have to go to the US or set anything up there?

No. You invest through STATELY AG in Liechtenstein, without a US company of your own. We handle the work in the US.

What exactly am I investing in?

In a specific US residential property, through STATELY AG. The legal form and all terms are set out in the documents. Our glossary explains the technical terms.

What happens if things go badly?

Then you can lose money, in the worst case all of it. We say so up front, not in the small print. All risks are listed in the risk warnings and in the documents.

Why are there only 500 places?

The first property has a fixed total amount. It cannot take more than 500 investments. That is arithmetic, not a countdown. When the list is full, we will say so.
